Pretty fall run.  I went around 9:30.  It was perfect temperture with a little wind.  Leaves were everywhere on the ground. It was fun.  Times okay.  Started out slow but sped up as time went on.

Terrible run -- yucky!  I was slow, hot and major stomach cramps!! I was going for 6 miles but ended up walking the last .7.  I did  the Wasatch run. Ran up Pepperwood hill Drive way too fast when I reached the top I felt sick, hot and could hardly.  I thought I would recover on the down on Wasatch but I never recovered.  I just felt sick the entire time-- and now I want to lay down and take a nap but I got to go make brownies for  a Halloween party tonight.  I guess the lesson learned is don't eat so much for lunch, absolutely no apples- hence the source of the stomach cramps,  remember that 72 degrees is summer weather and dress for it ie shorts and tank not short sleeves, and DRINK MORE WATER!!!!

average pace 9:07  (YUCK!!)

best mile lap: 8:59

**For future comparision -- Pepperwood Drive pace (uphill)- 9:03

Today was Yoga.  Stretched everything. Focus inward.  Hope it helps my running.  Did 100 crunches and 30 hip lefts.  Hoping to tighten those abs!

Well, I was finally able to run today.  I don't know what happened yesterday .. time just got away from me.  Today was around the neighborhood 6 miles.  I left around 8:45.  Cool weather, no sun.  It was nice.  I like to be cool rather than warm.  The sun started peaking over the mountains around 9:35 just at the end of the run.  I sometimes can't wait for the day when all my children will be in school and I could go about this time most of the time. -- only 3 more years!!

Average pace 8:48

Best mile pace: 8:11

I felt like I was going so fast.. I was surprised that my average pace wasn 't faster.. it must have been the fresh legs.
